                                                                               Meet Veronica head chef of UBS cooking school

Veronica Flores is a Bronx native born to Mexican parents. Living in a very diverse neighborhood and a mother who made fresh tortillas regularly she found a love for food at a very young age. Not only did she find her love for cooking but baking as well. Although she took the corporate route she made her way into a professional kitchen working and learning from acclaimed Chefs. Over her 13yr career Veronica has worked through cafes, catering companies and several NYC restaurants developing her craft for not just one cuisine but mastering multiple cuisines. While cooking in restaurants she fed celebrities such as Ashton Kutcher, Ellie Krieger fashion designer Raf Simmons and Calvin Klein just to name a few.

In 2016 Veronica went on to compete and win title of Chopped Champion on The Food Network show Chopped. Her desserts also made an appearance at Gracie Mansions LatinX reception in 2017 & 2018
